Where are your items manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in the USA in FDA Registered/GMP Certified facilities.
How can I view the Supplement Facts for an item?
All products on our website have detailed supplement facts on their labels. These labels are pictured with every product. Click on it to expand.
Are your products FDA approved?
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulates dietary supplement like foods rather than medications. Unlike drug manufacturers, the makers of supplements don’t have to prove effectiveness of their products.
Why should I feel secure about the safety of UgenixPRO dietary supplement?
Dietary supplement manufacturers are responsible for ensuring a dietary supplement product is safe before it is marketed. The manufacturer must ensure that the Supplement Facts label and ingredient list are accurate, the ingredients are safe, and the content matches the amount declared on the label. Manufacturers of dietary supplements with new dietary ingredients (defined as a dietary ingredient that was not marketed in the U.S. before October 15, 1994) must provide FDA with the information used to conclude that the product containing the new dietary ingredient is reasonably expected to be safe.

What payment type do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, and check cards or ATM cards, so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. All card transactions are encrypted to ensure optimum privacy.
How can I place an order?

When will my order ship?
Orders shipped to continental USA* will be shipped within 48 hours, pending verification of billing information and the shipping method selected.
I live outside the USA. Do I have to pay import fees?
If you live outside the United States, custom and taxes may apply according to your country's import laws. These fees are not collected by this company, and this company does not have control of these fees.
How can I find out the status of my order?
Log in to your account and ensure that a tracking number has been assigned to your order b
- if your tracking number starts with 1Z then the carrier is UPS
- if it starts with a 9 then the carrier is USPS but tracking may be limited.
I'm missing an item from my order. What do I do?
If an item is missing from your order please check your invoice to ensure that missing item is not on backorder in which case it would not be charged.
Do you offer reward points?
Yes we do. To learn more about how reward points are accrued, click on the Rewards tab on the right (on mobile, gift icon).
How can I redeem my rewards points?
Rewards points can be redeemed in 2 ways.
- you can apply a qualifying number of points to a purchase to get a discount
- you can exchange your points for coupons via the Rewards tab on the right then apply the coupon code at checkout.
How do you pay affiliate earnings?
Payments are sent via PayPal. Be sure to sign up for a PayPal account if you don’t already have one. To set your pay to email address, under the My Account tab, click Settings (found under Menu), then enter your email address.
How often do you pay?
The minimum payout amount is $25. There is an initial 45 day hold for first time payments. This is to ensure you are a legitimate affiliate and you’re not engaging in purchase and refund fraud. After your initial 45 days, your initial payment will be remitted. You would then be placed on the regular payout schedule of the 30th day if each month.
Example: Jane becomes and affiliate on June 1st. After 45 days, once Jane equals or surpasses $25 in commissions, she would be paid, July 15th in this example. Jane would then be eligible for payment remittance on July 30th.
Where is my affiliate link?
To have an affiliate link, one must be generated. To generate you unique affiliate link, click on "AFFILIATE" in the main menu. Then click on "Generate Link". The slink produced in a general affiliate link and can be used to refer the website in general.
To refer a specific product or page, click on Generate Link, then copy and paste the page or product URL in the page url field. The image below best explains. The green arrow bus your general referral link while page and product links need to be generated.
